How can i get rid of white screen on my Sony EricssonK800i ? ?

My Sony ericsson suddenly had a white screen appear and now will not switch on or off, what can I do to fix it please?

hi jo your phone needs a re-flash ie the software updating that will fix your problem it costs about £10
