You'll have to turn off the mains water for both taps, but: prise off the top cap, you'll probably find a screw underneath that should release the tap turn body. With that off, undo the large hexagon nut and the tap insert will undo. You'll see the rubber washer at the bottom which can be prised off and a new one fitted.
