Mend Danesmoor 12/14 Boiler Heating Burner

danesmoor 12/14 lockout on the burner?

over the last 10 months my boiler has gone to lockout. sometimes the boiler might run for 2 months, no problems, then it might lockout twice in 2 days, had new coil fitted control box, photocell but still no joy any idea guys. parts fitted by a oftec engineer. he's baffled and fed up with it

I have known the Ignition Transformer Dafoss EBI type to cause this type of erratic lock out, worth a try if all else has failed

Could be a Flue Problem - badly sited balanced flue which causes problems in certain wind/weather conditions?

Silly Question, but has the Burner been set up using a combustion analyser? 10.5 - 11.0% CO2
