Hi, would suggest the use of Auto Gleam range of products. They do 2, one is a "cutting polish" (similar to T cut but much better) whilst the other is a pure polish. Use the first on the affected areas and slightly outside then polish this area and twice as much outside. This should remove (or at least blend in) your areas of damage.
A professional body shop would use and electric buffing wheel to achieve the same effect....rough costs £40 per hour.
This is all presuming that you haven't managed to go throught to the primer underneath!
