Call the TV repair man :)
If there's no sign of life at all, the internal fuse(s) are most likely to have blown, in which case you probably have a short circuit in the power supply.
If you live in an outlying area you may be lucky and just the fuse is blown due to power fluctuations. If you change the fuse it must be replaced with exactly the value and type of the original.
If you have a standby light (usually red light) the power supply is most likely ok, (as it's able to supply the 5V for the light) so the fault is probably in the line output (high voltage areas of the tv).
