Mend Kenwood DKW243A Dishwasher Work

How can I get my Kenwood dishwasher to work?

My dishwasher (DKW243A) had water in the bottom after the last wash - I removed it. Now when I try to use it a red light comes on and the timer displays 16 and it makes a humming noise with no water flowing. Any suggestions. My thoughts are that it may have activated the anti flood function but how do I reset it.
