How can I get the bobbin thread up from my singer sewing machine?

My needle thread is not bringing up bobbin thread up. I have threaded the bobbin correctly.

Hello Pam,
If you have a new needle in and it is in the correct way round and it is still not picking up the thread then you may need to retime it, I can attach timing instructions if you email me with your model number, this site no longer allows email addresses to be shown but you can find me on any answer from page 25 down.
