Could someone please fix our treadmill?

We have a pro-form 400 GI treadmill that requires service, in particularly, the belt.
We live in the north eastern part of Victoria,Australia.
Is there a person who can make a visit to our place to fix this treadmill?
We have visited the Shepparton Rebel sport store, and been told to make contact on the internet and ask for assistance.
