fitting new belt on Reverse Action Tumble dryer?

How do I fit the belt round the two spring rollers or where can I get hold of Manual to show me how. Model Hotpoint TC71 Ultima Condenser Dryer

If you are still stuck...The belt goes between the rollers and around the drive shaft of the motor...so pull the rollers apart, put it over the grooved part of the drive shaft and then release the rollers. They spring back into place and put tension on the belt.

however if u can help me, how doid u get the belt over the drum. Do you have to remove the panel and then the from of the machine?
