How can i use my ipod with the XTRONS D4303G ?

Hi

Having small problem whith the ipod interface, I am able to play tracks but not view them on screen, is this supposed to be like this? and the advert also showed that i could play video through it but i get a blank screen all connections look fine and have also looked at ipod seetings and everything seems fine.
