Corsa sluggish when pulling away?

I have an old Corsa which runs perfectly when I first set out, but tends to stall easily after it warms up.
It starts missing as I pull away from standstill. Once I rev it up a bit and get some speed up she seems OK again for a time and then does it again when I pull away from stop.
