Mend Citroen Xsara Picasso Light Bulb Lights

How can I replace an instrument light bulb?

One of the lights that illuminate the heating controls of my '05 Citroen Xsara Picasso is not working. I need information on how to replace this faulty light bulb. I am assuming the wiring and connections are OK as the other light bulb to these controls is working.
