I have a Triton Opal 9.5 KW.It goes hot then trips onto cold soon after. ?

I have a triton Opal 9.5 Kw if you turn it on it starts ok then trips onto cold soon after its been on its been ok for the last 2 years though. Iv noticed the water preassure isnt great as its on a second floor. What do you think the problem is? If i canged it over for a new on would i solve the problem?

Triton Triton Opal 9.5 KW Bathroom Appliances, Baths and Showers Triton Cold Turn

This is most likely caused by a faulty/failing thermistor (basically this is like a fuse to prevent overheating). You can get these replaced quite easily. But you would need to have a professional electrician service the unit.
