Mend Ford Mondeo Overheating Radiator Cooling System

mondeo over heating?

my mondeo keeps overheating when i do over 50/60 mph, steam keeps coming out of rad cap and pressure test shows no leaks elsewhere.

A pressure test wouldn't show up a faulty thermostat so I'd try there.....unless the head gasket is about to let go, of course.
