old Pen drive is not working?

I am using pen drive from last one year.It was working smoothly. One time i have connected to computer and worked with pen drive and I disabled the USB ports with out removing pen drive. After that my pen drive is not detected from any computer or Laptops. Please do help for me to solve the problem. My pen drive manufacturer is Scandisk. 4.G.B
