What is wrong with my Clio (1.2 club med 97 model)?

My Clio has been sat on the drive for about 4 months without being started. I've put a new battery in, put fresh fuel in and still it wont start, just keeps ticking over. I then changed the crank sensor but still nothing. Can anyone give me any ideas please?
