2002 primera electrics?

indicating right, my seatbelt warning alarm comes on & fog light indicator comes on on the dash. The engine starts to loose power when I indicate.
Also, when brake pedal pressed, the nearside & cntr brake lights come on but the offside goes off & the indicator comes on but does not flash??
