Mend Zanussi Dryer 10 Minutes

Noisy Zanussi Dryer?

After about 10 minutes of use my dryer becomes very noisy, it still heats but a really bad grating noise occurs then trips my circuit breaker.. Any ideas??

Zanussi Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Dryer 10 Minutes

It looks like the drum bearings are worn.The reason its tripping your circuit breaker because the motor is straining and the Earth wire attached to the motor trips out the fuse box instead of the fuse in the plug for quick protection.A service engineer is the best option to inspect the bearings.
