GE Spacemaker XL F-3 F-4 Error Codes, Is there a fix?

Micro wave keypad is unresponsive when code comes up and continues to beep. This also happens when you try to microwave something, at first was occasional now is every time. Microwave would also randomly have the alarm go off with this code coming up, this occurred more frequently until we just unplugged it.

Is there an easy fix for this? Is it repairable? Is it worth it? The microwave is over 10yrs old and worked great till now. Basically is it cheaper to get a new one?
