Mend Beko Funny Colour Screen

Beko TV has got a funny colour patch on the screen?

On the Sky screen this patch looks like oil on water, when you are watching a programme it doesn't notice unless something red is in the same spot then it looks a sort of brownish yellow. Can it be fixed?
