how do i change battery on vauxhall corsa 1.2sxi?

that is after you have stripped half the windscreen surround and sealing away so that there is a sufficient space to get the battery out

locate the battery under the bonnet, remove the earth lead first (black colour). then the red. these are normally a 10mm nut or bolt. then look down one side of the battery you will see a small metal clamp. using a 13mm socket on an ext. bar release the clamp. the battery can then be lifted out.
