Mend White Knight Water Dryer Working

why is the water bottle not filling on my condenser dryer?

I have had a white knight condenser tumble dryer for a few months, all been working great emptied the water bottle when indicated that it was full. The last few times I have used it there has been no water in the bottle, the washing has felt a bit damp?? anyone got any ideas what to do?

White Knight Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Water Dryer Working

It looks to me like there is a fault with your heating element/or thermostat.it is necessary to get an engineer to this problem.
