Hi, I got this box a few weeks ago and although it registers the time and I can watch programmes through it, at first it let me record and watch saved programmes but now it does not record, nor does it save anything in the library although it says it says I have 60% space free. Anyone experienced this/ know how to fix it?
Hi, you could try switching the box off from the mains then on again, this usually works for me. There was only one time it didn't and I had to go through the menu and formatt it. Was a bit annoying because I lost all my saved programs and a film I wanted to keep.
