Mend Troy-Bilt THT-210 Out Full Throttle

tht-210 cuts out if given full throttle?

i have a tht-210 hedgetrimmer and all of a sudden with no signs when you open the throttle all the way and choke off it stalls i think the diaphrams gone but not 100%
