Mend Machine Fails Water

my machine fails to empty the dirty water?

my machine doesnt want to empty the dirty water it just makes a loud clicking/grinding sound until the sequence moves on. ive cleaned the fluff filter & checked all hoses for blockages but there clear.

i had a similar problem, tried everything, then found out it was down to a simple kink in the hose which occured only when the machine was pushed back into place - i know it sounds obvious - but worth a look.
