Modena 80E - central heating = hot domestic water?

I have a Ferroli Modena 80E combi-boiler, The problem is with central heating switched on the domestic hot water gets really hot. Most people have trouble heating water with their combi's and may think this is trivial, but having boiling water in the domestic pipes constantly is not good as the kids scald their hands as soon as they turn on the tap.
