Boiler Greenstart 24i System falshing blue light ?

Yes it gurglkes if restarted few times and slightly before it stops working.
When it stoppes for few hours and restarted again it will work for few min (20min ca) and locks again.

Th blue light flashes on and goes off after 3 seconds.
The guage pressure is between 1.5-2
The condense drain white pipe was reconnected to a a different point in the bathroom drainage after a new bathroom (up-stairs landing same floor as the boiler) was put in place a week ago. It is not going outside. I have though about that but since all pipes were reconnected boiler worked for days.

OK, what's the pressure gauge reading?

I take it that the blue light is flashing slowly, being more off than on.. This means "ignition lockout".

Also check the condense drain on the boiler, this will be a 22m white pipe, the only white plastic one coming from below the boiler. It will either run outside into a soil stack or a soakaway, or it will join into a sink or bath waste inside. If this drain pipe is blocked (happens a lot in winter, the outdoor ones freeze if not lagged) then the boiler will go to ignition lockout and - classic sign this - gurgles when it tries to fire.
