Blower works but cannot put out warm air. Dial is set to red

is it a ka or fiesta by any chance if so change the heater control valve located in the rear of the engine bay just behind the plastic covers in the centre. that is unless its a diesel then i would chech the oil cooler isnt blocked first located next too the oil filter
