Mend Head Gasket Running

cant get my car running properly?

i recently changed my head gasket on my 214 si i did everything by the book but now it is like a miss fire when driving i have done the timing now 6 times so defo not that it is like it is firing on 3 cylinders it is always hesitating can you help me
