How do I remove screws from the back of my doorbell?

The two screws at the back of my door bell are embedded into the UPVC. How do I take the screws out,having already tried using various screwdrivers,so as not to damage the UPVC frame of the door?

i would suggest you try snaping the heads off and when you take the doorbell off you will be able to unwind the screws with a pair of plyers. failing that, you could drill them out with a 4mm hss drill bit and filling the holes with silicone and covering with a new doorbell.
