You can download instructions from the Triton website. If they don't have the instructions for the exact one then a similar one may do as they have similar fitting features. They will also have the information about the electrical wiring and plumbing requirements for the shower rating you have.
Showers are fixed wired appliances and a good diy'er should be able to fit or replace one. If you haven't done electrical wiring or plumbing before then get some-one to help you as you don't want a flooded house or electrical problems as the costs to fix these are a lot higher.
