Recent: Safely remove screen protector from a Macbook Air?

Mend DeWalt DW125

DW125 Radial Arm Saw?

On start up the motor just hums. On removing the end cover to reveal the fan if you flick it the motor works perfect.
Any idea what may be wrong?
