Opened the cover and did find a "stand-up" capaciter 470 16 V that appeared to have overheated and had a bad solder joint--so resoldered it and there seemed to be a slight improvement in the loading recognition----measured the voltage whch read 4.5 approx. Could that be the problem perhaps?
