My state(nc) has raised the tax rate and I am trying to program my Royal 8160nt cash register to reflect the increase, but have lost my owner's manual. Where can I get another manual or instructions on how to do this? thank u
I have programmed the rates on the keys and they will work fine until I have to unplug the register to move it. Once it has been unplugged and plugged in again, the programmed information is gone. Please help. Thank you,
