I need the phone number for customer service for clock works?

I bought a battery operated replacement for a pendulum clock and got it today. however the replacement does not have a washer and a nut. I need the phone number of customer there is no number on the invoice. The item I ordered is QU3-Time pendulum quartz, 13/16 post Also I was told that all the hands were universal...The hands from my old clock do not fit properly.
