Mend Door Dropped Lock

PVCu (french windows) not locking?

I guess the locking door of the pair of french windows has dropped. They close, but will not lock.

Looking at the 2006 posts, it seems I need to adjust the hinge allen key settings. I don't understand how changing each hinge in turn will get the desired change to make them lock. Can anyone give me an idiot's guide please?!

turning the allen key screw on the side of the hinge moves the hinge along a slotted plate. hence this moves the hinge towards or away the frame. if you move the top hinge of the offending door towards the frame and the bottom one away from the frame then this will lift the door. you may have to adjust all the hinges on both doors; but do one at a time and keep checking the doors.
