Starts to fill with water then stops which ever cycle its on. Will let the water out on the drain cycle. Have checked the filter and infil pipes, no blockages. machine is +5 years old. Any ideas as to what to do next?
check your heater element .
water could be entering and filling machine, then machine is pausing while its waiting for heater to operate.
If heater o/c machine will stop/pause, may even flash up some light/(s) that equate to a specific FAULT.
