rennault clio mk2 1999?

well here we go aye bougth the car about 4 months ago after a week or 2 the rev conter stoped workin which was niver much bother to me but now ever tym aye go teh turn the car over my speedometer jumps up the car is currently sitin at 120 can any body help plz would be very great full
