Mend Servis Thermostat Water Temperature

No hot 90 degree programme on servis m3008?

Does this mean my thermostat has had it ?
I have both hot and cold connections but the hot water pipe is to our combi boiler so would that mean it would not get the water hot. I thought that the thermostat inside would heat the water if on cold fill.
