Potterton Profile 80e cuts out after 15mins ?

the boiler fires up from cold on demand from timer and room stat. It then runs for 10 -15 mins and the main burner cuts off. The pilot light remains on , as does the fan and the CH pump. The fault finder seems to point towards faulty overheat thermostat, Help ?
