Mend LG WM2032HW Turn Power Light

lg wm2032hw washer drum won't turn?

I bought a washer at a sale. I hooked up power and it seemed to light up all the lights o.k. but there was no water available to check everything. Well, as my luck would have it, after I hooked a garden hose up to the cold inlet, it tried to work, but I then got an LE error code. I can't even turn the drum by hand. Any thoughts?
