Mend Candy CPC290FFK Freezer Refrigerator Temperature

Fridge Freezer too cold in the fridge area?

My candy CPC290FFK fridge freezer is running very cold in the fridge area. items are freezing up even with the setting as low as it will go.
The freezer appears to be ok.

Is it the PCB module on the top of the appliance.
