Mend TomTom 500 Replace Battery Flat

how do i strip tomtom 500 down?

I want to replace battery as unit is flat and will not charge up

i can't find where these screws are on my go 500,

and it switches off when i pull out the plug from the cig lighter end yet it stays on for more than an hour when i switch it on again without any power suply so that can't be batteries can it, any help please

you need a small hex headed srew driver remove the four screws at back of tomtom that are under the rubber strips,thenfront will come of back,remove speaker,moter board, battery has to be unclipped then pop it out and reverse procedure easy
