FERROLI FALCON BOILER PROBLEM?

THE BOILER IS REFUSING TO WORK IT IS SILENT WITH

LED INDICATERS NUMBER 4 AND 5 PERMENIENTLY ON

IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR MANY DAYS.

SOMETIMES IT TRIES TO FIRE UP. CAN ANYBODY

HELP ME. ITS COLD WEATHER HERE
