Mend Schrieder APM 6855/1 Fridge Freezer 18

Faulty fridge freezer?

I have a Schrieder APM 6855/1 fridge freezer. The fridge stops working (display H) The freezer although the display is says -18 C the food contents are de- frosting. The Glen Dimplex engineers have replaced the fan as the say it "freezes up" This cycle has happened twice. The engineer says there is nothing else to go wrong or replace.
