Mend Halstead 50 Boiler Ignition Electrode

home heating?

i have a halstead 50 boiler. 9 years old
the ignition lock out comes on about 4 times aday. it resets ok but locks out after 1 to 2 hours
i have fitted new ignition electrode & flame detector electrode,insulated the bottom of boiler cabinet to stop tracking off the electrode leads but still no joy.
any body help
