Mend Belling 612BL Appliance Oven Repair

Is it the element or thermostat, belling format 612bl cooker?

My oven (belling format 612bl) has stopped heating up and i want to know how i find out if its the thermostat or the element that needs replacing, thanks.

if the thermostat clicks on and off then 9 out of 10 times its the element that has blown.you need a multimeter to test the element resistance to be 100 percent sure
