Mend Aqualisa Power Shower Hot Water Pressure

How can I fix a problem with my aqualisa pump?

I am experiencing problems with the hot water pressure through my aqualisa pump to my power shower. The pressure in the cold water supply is fine but as soon as I turn it to hot the pressure just dies away. I have removed and cleaned all the inlet pipes but it is still the same. Does anyone know what the problem may be or how to fix it?
