WATER HEATER?

I HAVE A FERROLI MODENA 102 ITS ABOUT 3 YRS OLD,THE PROB. IS WHEN WE HAVE A SHOWER THE WATER EVERY SO OFTEN GOES COLD FOR NO REASON,NO ONE HAS TURNED A TAP ON ELSEWERE IN THE HOUSE CAN YOU ADVISE? THANKS

could be the flow rate for the shower is greater than the boiler, a flow reducer inserted in the shower would help,
