my proline dishwasher pdw080 is stoping 1about a quarter of away into cycle?

my proline dishwasher pdw080 is stoping about a quarter of away into cycle and the same near the end , you have to move it on manually , dishes are not very hot and no steam when open dishwasher when finished ,been told its the thermostat sender unit , any confirmation and where can i get one ?

we are struggling to find a heater elelment for ours as ours stops at the first cycle and thats our lot.
try 0121 7665124 if you can get through to them.
